Public Hearing on 300′ Tower at Marion County Board of Supervisors Meeting

A public hearing on the installation of a 300 foot tower near Bussey is on the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting of the Marion County Board of Supervisors.

The hearing will involve a rezoning request submitted by FTC Tower Company to permit the installation of the guyed wire tower on the property in the 2100 block of Highway 5. A discussion and possible vote on the ordinance covering this installation will be held immediately afterwards.

The Board of Supervisors will also address a trail map plan submitted by Iowa Conservation, Development and Resource; and consider a Class E liquor license renewal for New Star Pella.

The board meeting will convene at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Marion County Courthouse.
