Hearing specialist receives Beltone award

Hearing specialist Luke Ames, of Maryville, has been awarded the Beltone Master Hearing Aid Practitioner’s Award, Beltone South announced.

The national award is given to hearing aid specialists who have achieved excellence in testing, dispensing and maintaining hearing technology, a news release states.

“We are thrilled for Luke Amos and the well-deserved national recognition he deserves,” said Perry Ebel, president of Beltone South. “Being able to help those who are hearing impaired is a great honor.”

Beltone of Maryville, where Ames is employed, is at 803 W. Lamar Alexander Parkway.
