Taking a walk within the community premises is not allowed but what about walking the pets? The pets are not trained to relieve at home and need to be taken out? – Sabita
Walking the pets in community spaces is prohibited. You can walk them just outside your house but not at any public space.
We were shifting from Mumbai to Delhi and the truck with all our goods is stranded in Haryana. How can we get the permission for moving our truck? We have one elderly and two kids in our family and are struggling without clothes and essentials. – Sharat Ponia
The purpose of the lockdown is for people to stay wherever they are. They can’t be allowed to ferry household furniture etc.
My cousin is admitted in AIIMS Trauma Centre since February and one of us -three brothers/cousins- has to be with him during day and night alternately. Are we allowed to go there now?
Yes you are allowed. Only one person should travel and he should carry the medical documents and attendant card. If there is a problem, they can contact the local DCP office to request for a movement pass.
My wife and I are alone and we are above the age of 60. We need cash for day-to-day purchases. The nearest ATM is at a distance and not in our sector. Will we be allowed to go? - Anil Chopra
You can go to the nearest ATM in dire circumstances. If you face any problem, you can contact out senior citizen helplines on 1291 and 112.
I am a widower, an ex-serviceman and a senior citizen, and I live alone. My daughter is abroad. I need to get my refrigerator repaired. How can I get the company representative to my house to fix it? – Sanjiv Kapoor
Since you are a senior citizen, you can contact our senior citizen helpline and local beat officials will try to help you.
I work as a software engineer in an IT firm in Noida, and I am stuck in Delhi while my family is in my home town, Saharanpur. My wife,mother and child are struggling forbasic amenities. How can I go home with this lockdown in place? – TahirMuhammad
You should stay wherever you are now. If people move fromone location to another, then the purpose of the lockdown will be defeated. Arrangements have been made to not stop basic amenities from reaching people
I am a senior citizen with a very bad hearing problem with ringing in the ears. I have to reach my hearing aid specialist. How can I reach the clinic? – P A S Prasad
You can visit the doctor by carrying a prescription along with the appointment card with you. First check if the clinic is open or not.
